What reasons exist for a return?

• If within 14 days of receiving your order, you wish to return it.

• If the product is defective.

• If the product received has been damaged due to transportation.

What is the limit for returns?

• 14 days if you bought the product, received it and don't want it.

• 1 or 2 years if it is a product under warranty that does not work.

• 24 hours for damage during transport

Which products cannot be returned?

• Products that do not have their original packaging and have been opened or do not have their original seal.

• Lingerie products do not require returns, we strictly observe safety and hygiene regulations.

• Products not purchased on, so all our products include security mechanisms that allow us to identify whether the product was purchased from us.

• Free products.

Attention! The following items, of which the packaging is no longer sealed, cannot be returned (right of withdrawal) for hygiene reasons (required by law):

• Lingerie

• Wigs

• Thong

• Catsuits and overalls

• Tights and stockings

• All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos

• Lubricants, perfumes, creams and tablets

• Condoms

The above items can only be returned when the item is found to be defective.

Return for change of mind (right of withdrawal) provides customers with a cooling off period of 14 days from the delivery date, in compliance with European law. Without giving any reason, the customer has the right to return a product within the period specified above (right of withdrawal).

Before starting the return process, make sure that your return complies with the following requirements:

• The item is in its original condition

• Has not been used

• It is not damaged

• It is in its original packaging

• The item is complete with everything: labels, manuals, box, etc.

When the package arrives in our warehouses, our team will check the products that have been returned. If they do not comply with the above requirements, the return and related refund will be denied.

Returns for defective and/or damaged products

In some cases, a package may suffer damage during transit involving the items inside.

If you have come across a package damaged or with signs of tampering and the products inside have been affected, we ask you to please proceed with the return indicating in the reason "The product or order arrived damaged/tampered with". Always take photos or videos of the damage and damaged products.

Keep in mind that it can happen that a cardboard box takes a hit, but the products inside are in perfect condition. The reason for the existence of packaging is clearly to protect the products inside, so it is best to open the box carefully and check whether the contents are in perfect condition. If there is no physical damage, there is no reason to declare transportation accidents.

Instead, you will need to take photos or videos of the outer box to verify the condition in which you received your shipment in order to process any claims.

On the other hand, if there is no physical damage, but then you find that some product does not work as it should, what is needed is a return under warranty for which you request the return with the reason "The product under warranty damaged/not working".

Return process:

1) Access the "Order History" section of your account.

2) Select the order from which you wish to return one or more products by clicking on "Details".

3) Select the products you wish to return through the box next to the names.

4) Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case you need to return more than one product).

5) In the "Return Goods" section, add an explanation, so that the team better understands why you want to return that product.

6) Click on "Request a refund"

7) You will receive a confirmation email and related RMA code.

Our team will process the return request within 4 working days, if it is accepted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

8) Use the contact form on the site or the email to send photos or videos in the event of a damaged package during delivery.


The entire purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of return via the same method used for payment.
